"If You Want To Sing Out, Sing Out" è una nota canzone del cantautore britannico Cat Stevens, composta nel 1971 per il film Harold and Maude, di cui ha firmato l'intera colonna sonora.. In quel periodo non apparve in nessun singolo o album. Fu pubblicata per la prima volta nel 1984, insieme ad altri inediti,  nell'album "Footsteps in the Dark: Greatest Hits, Vol. 2".
Apparve poi nel 2003 nell'edizione britannica dell'album "The Very Best of Cat Stevens".
