Nello spot, diffuso dai primi di novembre sulle principali reti TV, vediamo una giovane donna alla guida di una Nuova Renault Twingo LOVELY che grazie all'agilità della sua city car riesce ad evitare tutti gli ostacoli e anche le attenzioni dei corteggiatori più accaniti.

Lo slogan è Nuova Renault Twingo LOVELY - Agile di carattere

Il video è strutturato come un musical basato sulle note di una canzone piuttosto famosa, It's raining Men: scritta da Paul Jabara e Paul Shaffer fu originariamente interpretata dalle Weather Girls nel 1982. Sono state fatte varie cover di questa canzone tra cui la più nota è probabilmente quella di Geri Halliwell del 2001. È considerata un classico nel suo genere e, per i suoi contenuti, da alcuni considerata un'icona gay.  La versione di Geri Halliwell  è stata utilizzata anche come colonna sonora del film Il diario di Bridget Jones e da anni è la sigla del talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi.
